Well, the ipod is certainly a pretty thing to look at, an in my new one I got one of those cool new-fangeled laser engravings.

Naturally, I want a good clear case to show of my pretty little iPod.

So: Are there any good, clear, cases out there that will protect my little guy from the scratches and scuffings of everday life?

the arctic iskin evo is pretty clear. I believe the opacity is 15%.

I have a gold mini in an artic iSkin. The gold color shows but is greatly subdued in the iSkin. I am very happy with the iSkin, but it is far from clear as you seem to be looking for. Here are a couple of pictures...note the flash makes the gold a bit brighter than it is under natural light. http://homepage.mac.com/morrismh/PhotoAlbum19.html
