Well today i was browsing the simcity (http://www.simcity.com) site and came across free music there. They have the music from Sim City 3000 and Sim City 4: Rush Hour (expansion pack) to download.

In Windows, you usually can right-click and select "Save File As"

Don't know about Mac; sorry.
