I'm having some fun with my 3rd Gen as of late. When I got it about a month ago, I naturally updated the firmware and iTunes and everything. I added my music and even added a custom playlist. Everything was great, especially the fact that in my playlist it would list the artist and title, not just the title such as when browsing by artist or album. Very very convenient.
Now, since I got the iTunes update, I can't for the life of me get my playlist to display the artist and title. It only shows the damn title, like in the browse menu. I even gave up with iTunes and have tried out XPlay and ephPod, but neither of them are restoring my once great listing method. Besides relabelling all of these MP3s (about 700, so that's why it would be nice to see the artists to help me find what I'm looking for), is there any way to force both artist and title in the playlist view?
