Screen = all colors of the rainbow

I have my iPod exact for 1 week,
but when I hold my ipod a bit in daylight, the screen show some nast colors, what makes the screen look ugly, when there is no light on it, or at night it doesn't show it. Its not the LCD, but the screen filter or something...
how can I solve this?
