Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. Since my other topic (Teachers Steal iPods) was doing good, I thought that I would start another topic. This one is about the Apple warranty. Here it goes. So my iPod frequently plays out of only 1 channel (the right one) when the earbud jack is bumped or you twist it in a circle. I'm sure it's not the headphones. I tried all the other headphones in my house. But anyway I sent my iPod back to Apple. After about a week they sent it back to me, the problem still not fixed. So, yesterday I fill out the iPod service request form again. Today I get home from school and what is on my door stop. A box from Apple. I open the box expecting to find it empty. Instead it contains a 15gb, personallized, definitally used iPod. So, now I own my barley functional 10gb and a perfectly good but very scratched 15gb. Now all i have to do is get the 10gb fixed! O and by the way, thank you Joyce for your 15gb iPod. I hope u got a brand new one from Apple form this screw up.
