checking length of warranty online

greetings everyone...how do i actually check the warranty that is given to me on line...i have registered electronically and have given the details...even got the email.

i would appreciate it if anyone could tell me this, in addition, how do i obtain an apple id?

I dunno about the online warranty check , I'd say it starts the day when you bought your IPOD and then you have 3 months or 2 years with the extended warranty
