Hey all,
I'd just like to recommend some great portable headphones for your iPods. I got a pair of KSC-35's earlier this week and couldn't be happier with them. Sound quality is great (bass is strong but not overwhelming, mids and highs are clear) and they're super-comfortable/portable.
Two caveats: they're black, and they're not earbuds but clip-ons (no headband, but still a full headphone).
If you want good sound quality and can't deal with earbuds, I highly recommend them (~35 with shipping from Koss.com, lifetime warranty). Audiophiles love these things for portable use, and I can see why.

Is Koss still back-logged with orders for the KSC-35? How long did it take you to get yours?

KSC-35's rock! Just want to add my own recommendations to emphasize Bobo's. For portable, inexpensive headphones you can't beat them especially at $30 USD and you have to go with full size cans or more expensive etys to top them.
I own the KSC-35 as well as the portapro and beyerdynamic DT250-80. Very happy with them and highly recommend them to everyone.
lots of rave reviews here: www.head-fi.org

Bhauke,
It took me a little over a week after ordering to get them (ordered Thurs 6/12, arrived ~Thurs 6/19). The order confirmation said they were ready to ship immediately; they were probably slow because Koss used regular USPS shipping.
Also, I owned a pair of Sportapros before these. Very similar (great) sound, but the KSC-35's are less fatiguing. This is because they're less bass-heavy, and the design is much more comfortable (Sportapros hurt your ears after a while).

Same here. It took approximately a week before I received my KSC-35's from Koss. The funny thing was that I received my headphone's before the charge showed up on my bank account statement.
As far as the headphones themselves, they are great. They even make my Rio Sport S35 mp3 player sound decent.

They just came in for me, took under a week including the holiday. The sound is pretty good, but what really impresses me is the comfort.
It's almost as though they are just floating on my ears, and they don't fall off if I jump around either. I barely know they're there.

Thanks for all the info folks. I'm still not sure if I'll buy a pair or not. I have the KSC-50s and am quite satisified with them. From what I've read, the KSC-35 uses the same driver. The major difference appears to be the external design, plus you get a carrying pouch with the KSC-35.

Same driver, yes, but I hear the materials/new design of the -50's make them sound different, and by different I mean worse. But if you're happy with them, who cares? Enjoy. :)
Oh, one thing I should tell y'all: at high levels, the left 'phone has started to buzz along with the bass. Maybe it was because I squished them in my backpack. Oh well.
EDIT: The -50s are still supposed to be good headphones, and recommended by enthusiasts. Just less enthusiastically than the -35's.

When Koss phones buzz it's nearly always because one of your hairs is pressing against the driver - take the covers off and take a look.
I have the 35's and rate them very highly with the Ipod - I actually spend more time listening to them than the Etymotic ER4P's - not that they are better - just quicker to put on and more practical when there's people around.
