I am trying to transfer music from my ipod to my sister's PC. I am failing can anybody hrlp, I use Windows

Http://www.ephpod.com it's free. install on her PC. run. right click on song you want to transfer, and give your sister's desktop as the destination.

http://www.mediafour.com/products/xplay/ Costs around US$30; version 2; slick program; works very well with iTunes. Lets you copy from iPod to pc, among other things.
