Broken Remote

My 20 giger's remote (less than a month old) has just broken. The hold switch on the side has fallen off into no-where.

The problem is this: when i try to submit my request to the apple support site, i get a problem, it asks for a county for my zip code (choice of 2), and even tho my county is in the box (and in the choices) it still wont let me submit it.

Wondering, what should i do?

If you bought it from an Apple store, take it to them for service or call Apple service and get them to enter you info.

I ended up just calling support, and they set up a ticket for me. I had forgotten this post still existed...

which support number did you call?

I live in germany and it says that a call is very expensive??
