Ok so i posted a diff topic here earlier about what Fm transmitters to use in Dallas. But today i received an email from ipod.com saying hey buy anything for 300 bux & we ll give u 30 bux off of that. so i m bout to go buy myself a new ipod. But the nagging question of either going the way of an FM transmitter kicks in along with how will an itrip or Digital Lifestyle Outfitters TransPod FM work for me.

So the question for this post is on Digital Lifestyle Outfitters TransPod FM. has anyone whether u live in Dallas or not had any problems with it. I had gone by the apple store in dallas & they said its just like an itrip nothing more to it, its all FCC regulated so it has the same strength & weaknesses but i would like to get some opinions off of yu guys out here. So type away what u think of this item & what all yur experiences with it have been.

Thx.

I know I have said it before, but FM trannies in Dallas are a bad idea if you want good sound.

You can buy an FM modulator off EBay for 20 (ish) an dif you get one with a switch, which blocks other frequencies when using hte selected one, then this could be better.

What car or head unit do you have? If you have a cassette player how about getting a cassette mod.

Sadly Dallas has too many radio stations, and whichever way you drive from dallas, the stations get weaker then others kick in on a previously clear channel....

If you are after a new ipod there is always 10% off in Target, so for a 15g thats 30 and for a 40g thats 50 off. The 15G has free shipping.

use code TDAW2SAVETEN at checkout.
