It is in perfect working condition, and comes with:
iPod Ear Buds
Firewire Cable / mini-firewire adapter
Charger
Belt clip case
Software + Manual
Only note is that there is a slight bulge on the left side when looking at the iPod. This is what I mean:

As you can see, it's barely noticeable, and has absolutely no effect on play. I only noticed it when I was carefully examining the iPod for sale.
Edit: added pics of back so you see it's not too scratched up.. just very typical for any iPod I've seen used for more than a day:
