I hope you are joking. You can get all of that brand new with full warranty for eight more dollars - please don't bother with the OBO excuse either because unless you are planning on knocking $75 bucks off I dont want to hear about it. I find that kind of thing offensive in a community that full well knows what these thing go for.

Sohr, just keep looking around. I bought a used mint condition 2G 10GB iPod last year for $180.00 shipped. I just this week bought a used mint condition 3G 15GB with dock, remote, and buds for $225 shipped. Please don't fall prey to overinflated prices - they are great machines but honestly some people treat them like commodity items which is ridiculous.
