hi, i connect my ipod through a firewire port in my dell computer running with windows xp. I have had the ipod for almost a year. The other day the port stopped working. it connects and the ipod only charges. I cant update my songs but i can charge the ipod. The computer doesn't recognize that the ipod is connected. I took out the firewire port out of my computer held it in my hand then put it back in. The computer doesn't recognize anything what can i do?
