Transferring from Mac to PC ipod

My friend used Ipodrip 3.1 to download songs from my PC-formatted ipod to his computer.

He then loaded my ipod with tunes and playlists from his computer.

When I got home, I turned on ipod and itunes and it asked me if i would like to replace different library with mine. Unfortuately it deleted the songs on the ipod and copied contents of the library on my computer.

How do I copy songs from ipod to PC to update Itunes. Help.

i used "mac to pc transfer" for search keywords but the search said i needed more than 4 letters per word and gave me an error. just what do i have to do to search the archives properly for this information?
