Hey i don't know if im out of touch here but apple did such a GREAT job with the iPod I was wondering that it would be so sweet if they brought back the newton. this was an awesome machine. it sucked that they scrapped it mine finall died 6 months ago now im stuck with a palm.

I like the whole play with words (Issac Newton and the Apple).

Newton = 1st PDA ever
had features like handwriting recognition
basically an electronic notepad
it was inovative for it's time (way before PDA's)
for the uneducated, a PDA is Personal Data Assistant...ie: palm pilots, ie pocket pc's
Pft to PDA's. Paper is far more advanced :P

wow - a new Newton could be cool! It's actually a little surprising that Apple hasn't re-entered the PDA wars.
Yet another item that Apple pioneered, and others went on to make money on it...
