hi , i'm on the way of buying ipod and i read carefully all this forum, i dont know this ipod "world" is so complicated :)
anyway, i got a friend who has mac ipod and i copy my mp3s to cd and i gave her to import mp3s to her ipod. But after a day, she told me that she could listen that mp3s but in itunes she can not copy mp3s to her ipod. She told me "i can not see them". Then i read it on a forum. I understand there is invisible problem like ffx.. and i read some text that this invisible problem is to prevent mp3 thief.
So i am confused

is it only mac problem? or is it a problem for put mp3 which are downloaded via internet to ipod?
please help me. i am very confused in all that problems,
thanks

What!?!?!? Please clear up your WHOLE paragraph please...

Heres what i got so far: You burnt your friend mp3s so she can put them on her ipod. She then can play them from her computer w/o the cd.... But they wont sync?

enjoilax , i dont know english so well and so dont care about the words, thanks
my problem is , i burnt my mp3s and gave the cd to her. Cd is not problem. She can listen them with her Mac. But she wanted to put mp3s to her ipod and then she couldnt select them in itunes because in cd folder , there is no mp3 to select . so this is invisible , isnt it

Has she imported the mp3 files into iTunes? Get her to try that, I am willing to bet that is the step she is missing.

Cadman83 is right, she needs to drag the mp3 files from the CD directly into iTunes to be able to access them to drag or sync to the iPod.
