Hey guys,
My dock connector area on my exo 3 is quite loose. How should I cut the excess off?
Thanks!

How long has it been on the iPod for? I heard you have to let it stay on the iPod for awhile before it actually sticks to the iPod.

Mines loose too... and its been on for a day and no change... the rest has tightened though
It seems to possibly be a defect in the case, as it seems none of the other colors have this proble. Try posting a topic at lajo's forums under the "problems" section with the title "Exo3 Problem" and then explain your problem, give your order number and key account name, etc.

Just received the exo3 yesterday and am pretty disappointed. Got it in ice and it looks pretty crappy. I guess because it is see through, there are air bubles all over the ipod. It sounds like you are supposed to leave the case on for a few days and it settles into place. Does this get rid of the air bubbles?
No it doesn't. However, lajo was working on trying to sandblast the mold for the exo3. What this does is basically form tiny little indentations and silicone "spikes" on the inside of the case on the back that would make it so that the silicone doesn't form a "suction" with the back (thus causing air bubbles).
One thing you can try in the mean time, is if you basically push around all of the loose pockets of air, etc it can help get the case tighter, etc. Once I put it on, I try to work all of the looseness out of the case by trying to more evenly spread the case.
I love mine. It fits great, personally. If your unsatisfied go to lajo's forums and post a thread asking if you could trade yours in for a new exo 3 once he determins if the sandblasting, etc is going to work.
