as all of my personal stalkers know, two weeks ago i got some of that shure e3 sex, and i hated them because they didn't isolate well and had ridiculously poor sound quality and no bass at all.
however, right now i am using them with the foamies with my thx/eax computer stereo using the itunes rock eq preset, and they sound good! i am not boosting the bass and it is adequate. i can boost the bass with the eax eq and make it even better, but i know that i can't boost it with the ipod so i am leaving it alone. maybe i won't have to return these after all????
later today i am going to take these to the butcher shop ... er. . . coffee shop and see what happens.
they aren't as good as i thought they were going to be, but they still might be worth keeping. maybe.
but i am definitely going to have to record all of my aac's with an eq preset or some ####.
