I ordered an exo3 and a bungee last night. It's on the way already, I'm impressed. I ordered "ice," but I really want a pink one.

I just love my iPod naked, but I throw it in a bag almost every day. I don't want to scratch up the precious. I use an inCase belt bag for the gym, and the DLO JamJacket was too thick to slide easily in and out. It WORKS, but I stop and change playlists and songs all the time, and it's a bit to sticky.

I'm sort of over using belt clips. I've had too many phones drop off of them. I like pockets, when I have one -- I wear skirts at work and NONE of my work skirts have pockets.

I have a feeling that the real answer may be the Maclear zip case. It's probably next on the list...

lbarkett...

Will the exo3 w/ iPod fit in your Incase Belt?

Well, the Jam Jacket fits, and the exo3 is MUCH thinner, so I'm sure it will. What i'm hoping for is to struggle a bit less with sliding it in there. I have a feeling (like I said) that the real answer is going to be the Maclear Zip. Will slide into pockets and cases, will not impede iPod use.

And it finally arrived today! I love it! It's far better than I imagined. Adds almost nothing to the iPod. Grippy enough in your hand, but slides easily into the incase belt bag at the gym. Slides out easily too.

The buttons & scroll wheel work just fine. I had a Belkin (I think) case that I got @ Target. It had a clear vinyl front. The buttons & scroll wheel did not work well at all with that -- I took it back, because I had to press the buttons HARD and 3-5 times to get a response. No problem at all with the exo3, though.

A lot of people are saying they prefer "snow." I must say, I love the way the ice case gives the back of the iPod a matte look. Yes, there are some bubbles, but I find them more amusing than annoying. Just another reason to fondle my precious.

My only complaint is that this case is not available in pink or glowing blue. I'll definitely order another.

Any chance you could post some photos of the ipod with the exo3 inside the incase belt bag?

I ask because I'm considering an incase bag for the gym.

What's your normal workout routine, any issues with movement, bulk or skipping?

Thanks in advance.

i have the exo3 on ice and its slightly more than a week now. i read that the skin would appear loose at first but would fit snugly after a while. is this true? how long is "a while"? i worry i might have stretched it a little too much. i was trying to dig out those dirt that might have slipped in.

let me know about the fittingness of your exo3. mine is loose at the bottom. about 0.9mm of empty space between ipod and skin.

is it wise to also remove your skin regularly to clean the ipod and skin? or is it wiser to just leave it as is. frequent removal will encourage friction from existing dust collected inside to scratch the surface? also causing more stretching to occur thereby overstretching the skin??

this looseness at the bottom is kinda bothering me. like a loose bikini bottom if u know what i mean...

I will try to get some photos.

My gym routine is cardio 3 days, weights the other 3. I used to run on the treadmill, in the before time (before iPod). But I injured a calf muscle. It took forever to heal. So cardio is the elliptical machine. I haven't tried running with the iPod. I haven't had any skipping problems.

I really like that incase belt bag. It's great for removing ALL worries about your iPod at the gym. You have to take the precious out to change songs, but that's a small price to pay for knowing that your iPod is not going to be dropping to the floor.

Yes, my exo3 is a bit loose in the corners. Just a very tiny bit. I'm not bothered. I don't mind the bubble either. I think they're kind of fun to push out. Yeah, I like bubble plastic, too.

I'm really not bothered that the exo3 isn't perfect. It's perfect enough for me. Thin, easy enough to slide into pockets, protective enough that I can handle my iPod as much as i want. I ordered indigo and sonx, too. I thought I'd wind up wanting the zip case, but I like these.

YMMV.

Oh, I don't know about washing. Others say it is a good idea. I haven't bothered.

I ordered an "Asphalt" eXo3 with "Rose Deep" and "Crystal" iShades. They will probably be delivered tomorrow. I Love my iPod Armour case and wouldn't trade it for anything else. I'm hoping that the eXo3 is thin enough to use with the iPod Armor. If it isn't then I will use it during those rare times that I take the Pod out of its nice, safe, extremely snug, protective vault.

what's this incase bag? I've got a dlo action jam jacket and it works fairly well for vigourous workouts however the arm band gets loose throughtout my workout.

The incase music belt. You can pick one up at the apple store, online or locally.
