I need to get a skin to protect my skiny new iPod and thought I'd ask in here for some recommendations.
My requirements are:
- It must fit into a Tunedok (and preferably the Dock) when the skin is on.
- It must have a whole at the bottom for the firewire lead (it'll also be connected from there in my car)
- It must be stlyish! I've paid over ?300 for it so want it to look lust as nice in the skin!
Ideally I think I'd like a white case or a clear one, but any good suggestions would be helpful.
Cheers guys (and gals!)

1) Put your iPod in the dock. Look for free space. There is none. :D By the basic laws of geometry and space-time, no skin with finite thickness can accomodate the dock. :D
All joking aside, check out the Speck iPod Skin (with the flip-bottom for docking) or get used to stretching an eXo around the bottom of the iPod to dock.
With regards to the Tunedok... Isn't that suction-cup based? I'm not sure that a suction cup would work well on silicone. If you disregard the suction cup, and allow the supports alone to hold the iPod, I'm guessing you'd want a skin as thin as possible (i.e. Lajo eXo3) in order to allow the skinned iPod to fit between the two side supports.
2) All of them do, except for (IIRC) the DLO Jam Jacket.
3) "Stylish" is subjective. I like my iSkin eXo 2... the color is great, the screen protector wonderful, the belt clip nice (and fully removable...), and it looks great, but you may prefer something else... A Lajo Art eXo if your wallet is still full, perhaps ($37.50)?
All-in-all, I don't think you can fully meet all your requirements... because of #1.

Obviously get an iSkin eXo2! It's the best case out there. You can get clear, or even sonic blue, which I think is much better.

^ Indeedy.. I love my sonic blue eXo2 :) I was gonna go for Lajo's new Xskin but it looked likely that I'd rip the thin material..
On the topic of iSkins...
I noticed that with the Exo2's there are some made by iSkin and some made by Lajo. Now from what I can see, the iSkin looks like the buttons are exposed whereas the Lajo buttons are covered. Can someone confirm this for me please??

You've got it right. If you want an official, reliable source to help you see the differences, you can go to http://www.ipodlounge.com/reviews.php and look at my iSkin eXo2 review, and compare it to Jeremy's Lajo eXo 2 review.

I bought a Lajo eXo2 in Asphalt a week ago. It is fantastic. Even though it doesnt fit in the doock with it on, i just pull the hole that reveals the dock connector up around the edges and it gives easy access to the dock. Not the most simple thing to do, but it's easier than taking it out of the case and putting it back in.

I just got the zip case for the mini and I just love it! Now I have ordered the zip for my 15gb ipod and will sell my other skins. I have tried the iskin exo2, the exo, the exo2, and the exo3. Before I found the zip case I thought the snow exo 3 was the best case out there, but the zip cases are the best thing next to no case. They really show the beauty of the ipods themselves and protect from all scratches. I couldn't be happier.
