It doesnt look like it has a LCD display to see what station your on, but I could be wrong. Should I pay $10 for the other belkin FM radio? Ive heard there is only good reception in 88 channels, but I use the 106 channel. All in all, worth $30?

No! I was very disappointed in this product and returned it. From what I have read it only works resonable well in rural areas with a limited amount of stations. In urban areas, such as LA where I live the radion dial is jammed making it impossible to find an empty station. I found myself having to change the position of the tunecast or switch stations a lot to listen to music. Even if I could lock in on an empty station the sound quality was very poor.
Your best bet for listening in the car is a direct connection to the reciever or head unit. That's what I'm working on now.

I live in Tulsa OK. and find the Belkin works well for me, but only on one channel. I've used it at work and in my van. It works really well through the stereo at work. In the van, it's ok but not as good as the cassette adapter in my other car.
