New Computer, How to Sync iPhone?

My wife and I just purchased a second PC. I've authorized this machine and copied my entire itunes library to it as well. I'm now attempting to sync my iPhone to this new computer/iTunes (the new computer will be the primary PC for syncing my iPhone). But in doing so I get an error indicating that the iPhone is synced with another computer.

How do I make this new computer (which runs on a Windows 7 OS) the "primary" computer from which my iPhone syncs? I want to be sure to retain all sync settings/content on my iPhone during this switch over.

I think you can 'authorize' the iphone to run on that from the new computer - check under pull down menus.

Even if the music is all the same you have to re sync it with that new computer. It'll take all the music off and put it back on from the new computer making it the primary. Is there not an option to sync with that computer when you plug it in?
