Installing Mobile Terminal??

Hi.. I want to install mobile terminal in my iphone 3G.. I am very new for iphone so plz somebody guide me step by step installing of mobile terminal and I hear about some kind of permission required in the process of installing. If any one know or give me link of step by step installing that I'll try.
