FS 3rd Gen 10gb with InCase Case

Hi,

I'm selling a 10gb 3G ipod with an incase case for $265 shipped. I just got this one from Apple after I had an issue with the battery. It took too long to fix so I'm done with Apple and would like to sell the iPod. It's a refurb but the battery works fine and my 1 year warranty on the iPod is still good till next January (I bought the iPod last January).

The iPod is in great condition. No scratches on the front, a few on the metal back (nothing big). Apple really did a great job on refurbing this unit. I honestly thought it was new when I got it, but then i looked closely and saw it wasn't.

Please add $5 for paypal. I hope I'm not asking for too much as a new 15 gig will cost you $299+tax. For $265 flat, you'll have 5 gigs less but you'll have a case.

I can get a 15GB brand new from apple for that price with either a coupond I have or using the educational discount. Think you might need to go a bit lower.

EDIT: oh, just saw that it was $265 WITH shipping. Ok, not as bad a price then.
