Iphone water damage

ok so i bought a iphone from ebay (not the smartest decision) when i recive it the phone is not working so i take it to the apple store to find out whats going on and they tell me its water damaged and a replacement will cost me 200 dollars. Now can any one help me with my sitiuation please this is very frustrating.:confused::confused::confused::mad::ma d::mad:

Well the first thing you should do is contact the seller and see if they are willing to work with you. If not, then you can try and work through eBay. Also, if you paid with a credit card company, you can work with them as well.

Yeah you shouldn't say that it is not a good idea to buy an iPhone on eBay. I have purchased 5 on there and all have been ideal transactions. Call the seller and attempt to rectify the situation.
