I Just Bought EX71's the other day and because i don't have a remote, i have to use and extension. I noticed that when i use the extension, the sound quality goes down a lot. do i have a defective extension? I also noticed that when i plug the headphones into the extension the plug doesn't go in all the way. do i have a defective extension? Please help me. Thanks.
