Long time follower of these boards. Have gotten great help over the years after lots of searching and reading these boards. Ran into a problem and didn't see any solutions so thought I would post and try to get some help.
I have an 3G and upgraded to the 3.0 OS. Ever since, the turn off caller id function on my iPhone doesn't work properly. I've tried a full restore twice already and it still didn't resolve the problem.
The turn off caller id function, when selected in the phone menu under settings, will sometimes have the "processing circle" indefinitely. Sometimes it will have it as "on" but you can't select it and its pseudo-invisible. Sometimes it will have it as "off" but again can't select it and its pseudo-invisible.
Tried resetting multiple times by holding the home key and sleep key.
Anyone else having this problem, any one have any solutions to the problem. Driving me loco!
