Ok Its me again. I backed up my music and connect my itunes to my ipod and I clicked on erase and sync because I wanted to do that due to some fact.
So I re-added my music and videos back and it worked fine untill after 30 mins
I added a song on the ipod music library for a test and it synced alright. But then I put the album section in edit song information black because i wanted to be in the unknown artist section for the test. It wont go there.
I tried del the song and it wont go. Now if i del any song it wont go
PS. I did press menu and the select button to restart my ipod.

Sounds like your music files or the directory they are in are READ ONLY. Make sure you have write access to the files and your iTunes Library.itl file.

The user is also in Manually manage. Any changes that they want the music on the iPod has to be either A) done on the iPod with it connected, or B) Any changes to the iTunes version must then be retransfered to the iPod for the changes to be shown on the iPod.
Are there errors when you try to delete the song from the iPod?

Have you attempted to make the edits directly to the files on the iPod?
You don't speak to any errors you may get when you try to delete as you allude to having problems with that.
Additionally, are you actually successful in making the changes to the files in iTunes at all?

Are you still set up as "Manually manage songs and Videos" if so, clicking "Sync iPod" actually does absolutely nothing. To "sync" to the iPod you drag songs from you iTunes library to the iPod in the source list.
To delete when you manually manage you have to click the triangle next to the iPod in the list to find the song to delete.
