Hello,
Im new so im not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes:
Basically, I received my 8gb ipod touch on thursday from Amazon UK and im really pleased with it. However, I've now realised that I would do much better with a 16gb version, as I simply can't fit all my media on my current one. The ipod is barely used and in excellent condition. I would really like to just return it and exchange it for a 16gb version instead.
1) Is there any way to do this easily, and how lax are amazon about opened returns if they are in excellent condition?
2) Could I just say that i am not satisfied with the product and return it within 7 days?
3) If I've already connected the ipod to itunes and registered it, is there any point in trying?
4) Do they check for a special seal or would it be not too difficult to pack it up again and send it back as new?
5) Could I just say that it isn't working, and if so, what is a common fault that I should mention?
I would be greatful for anyone's advice, as I am really stuck on what to do and I definitely don't want to be spending another £205 for a 16gb ipod. Selling it to a computer shop eg: computer exchange would take off a lot of value so it is not an option.
Many thanks in advance.
