playing itouch in car

:confused: This my 1st ipod. just to let you know im just learning.

when i bought my car I ask the dealership to install a connection for i pods and they put a connection to the back of the stereo that came with the car a mazda cx7 that you get access to from the glove box.

this is the thing when i connect my ipod touch, it plays almost every track as a single album and if i dont change albums manually it repets the track.

sometime in 1 album it has 2 or 3 tracks of the same artist but thats it.

questions

1 shouldnt it play each playlist as 1 album with all the track inside?

if I only have 5 playlist shouldnt it play 5 albums with all the tracks in each playlist?

has anybody know how can a fix this ?

It didn't come with a manual? Unless you can find someone who has a CX-7 and the same interface you're probably out of luck with getting help.
