So now that touchmods has stopped selling their mics, the new hot mics out are the macally ivoice series.

there are two that i have come across that people say will work with ipod touch skype or voip.

Here is the one I want (http://www.amazon.com/Macally-Audio-Recorder-Black-IP-A181/dp/B000O2YOHO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1242501706&sr=8-2) People claim in reviews that this works with ipod touch, and also voip and skype too. this seems to only be a microphone, so i was wondering, If i can talk while making a voip call with this mic; then if i wanted to hear other person would i be able to plug in earbuds and hear the other person too, or will one cancle the other one out. Like for example, if the mic works with voip, when i plug in earbuds, will the mic be disabled, or vice versa.

the other mic is here (http://www.amazon.com/Macally-IVOICEPRO-Voice-Recorder-Silver/dp/B001DM5GSA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1242501706&sr=8-1) more expensive, but it has a speaker built in too, and also has a port for one of those usb cords that everyone has a ton of (regular usb on one end, small usb on the other). If i use this with voip, i'm guessing both speaker and mic will work, and i can listen through the device, but again, will i be able to plug in earbuds and use this thing and earbuds at the same time with out cancelling one or the other out.

thanks, i hope some of you guys have had experience with one of these products, and i do realize i have the wierdest sentence structure that is sometimes hard for others to comprehend: except for me
