Free Programs to Backup ENTIRE iTouch?

I'm looking to reset my computer to factory settings.

I do NOT want to lose all of my ipod songs, videos, and artwork.

Is there a free program where I can upload all my songs, videos and ARTWORK onto my computer after it's reset?

I tried iDump last time, and I had to rename all the songs, album names, artwork, and import it into itunes. Needless to say it was a pain in my behind!



I will save a lot of discs if I can just reset my computer without having to backup the songs and videos themselves. I can just plug my ipod in and have the program download them off my ipod onto my computer and import it into itunes. That way it was like nothing ever happened.

Who back-ups onto discs, just get an external hard drive and copy paste your Music folder, along with the iTunes folder onto an external and you can just copy them all back, just replace the iTunes library file with the one from the external
