I'm currently using the Windows 7 RC 32bit (from a clean install) and I'm using the latest version of iTunes, just synced my iPhone and everything seems to be running perfectly.
The only problem (which has more to do with Windows then iTunes) is it will not sync e-mail accounts with the Windows Live Mail (which is not part of Windows 7 anymore, had to be separately downloaded with MSN Messenger and such).

So outside of being unable to auto sync a one time added e-mail address then everything else is working fine.

I've been using this for a while too, iTunes seems a lot faster and a lot more stable than on Vista.

I can tell my iTunes is loading faster, pages appear quicker, and no cover flow lag.
This could be the fact that my laptop is old but that still means that Windows 7 is less resource consuming

THe visualizer causes my playback to stutter, but that is probably because my P.C. is approaching 5 years old.

I cant notice any performance differences since the change from vista, but then my laptop was new when vista was released so its not surprising it runs smoothly on both. My only gripe is that iTunes still wont sync photos from anything other than adobe so I cant use the nice looking live photo software.
