Okay so I just went to AT&T and they replaced my SIM card in attempt to fix my wonky Searching---5 Bars volley and now I'm wondering the following
1) What is stored on the Sim card for iPhones. I know contacts are stored on the Sim card but I don't think the iPhone's contacts get on there
2) Is there anything else that needs to be reconfigured other then my voicemail (all that needed to be updated was the visual part, just had to wait for it to ask for my password again)

Just wanting to make sure on these in case something comes up

The SIM card only stores network settings, nothing should be different at all. Some, mostly older phones, store Contacts on the SIM card, but the iPhone doesn't.

That's what I figured
Some phones have contacts, recent calls, text and such on the sim but I figured the iPhone didn't since Apple is a control freak

Well they are a control freak because you can't transfer contacts onto a SIM card to switch phones. Otherwise, the tech in SIM cards is pretty old and limiting, having contacts on the phone allows for multiple numbers and pictures and the like.

I don't switch phones, so it doesn't bother me.
I just want to know what's up because when I got the new card I was spamming with text messages telling me to activate my AT&T account and such.
