Syncing with Microsoft Outlook Question

I use Windows and have been using Microsoft Outlook to sync my calendar and contacts. My question is this: when I make custom phone number fields on my iphone for someone, like the name of their work, why wont those numbers all transfer over to outlook? I had about 4 custom numbers for one person that never synced over to outlook, and on my most recent syn, they actually removed themselves from my phone.

Does anyone know if there is a way to get these numbers to show up on outlook? Better yet, could I get iCalendar and iContact for windows?

This is exactly the question I'm trying to get an answer for. It's frustrating because I add most of my contacts in
my phone but I want them to be available on outlook too.
