Can I Sync 2 Calenders?

I'd like to include my the calender I use at work (MS Outlook 2003) in with my sync and also continue my home calender (MS Outlook 2007).

Has anyone done this and if so, can you advise how it's done or ways around it.

My work calender will have sensitive information so I can't use google calender or other third party stuff like that..

What I do is sync everything with Yahoo Calendar (Google Calendar would work as well), and then sync the iPhone to my main computer.

I use Yahoo Autosync to upload everything from both computers to Yahoo Calendar and also to download changes to the computers. That way, both my computers are in sync at all times (as is Yahoo). I then sync my iPhone to whatever iTunes and use iTunes to sync to Outlook.

This works well. I'm still waiting for an over-the-air push solution (other than MobileMe).
