I've been using a blackberry curve for about a year and a half. I've had its bluetooth linked to my 2008 Tundra's Nav radio the whole time. It has worked flawlessly, and nobody ever complained about sound quality.
I bought an 8gig iphone 3G today, and paired it to my truck. My wife complained that it sounded choppy, and sounded like I was "breaking up".
I tried calling again, and was told it was the same. She sounded fine over my speakers. No choppiness whatsoever.
Has anyone ever heard complaints that they sounded bad when talking over the iphone bluetooth?
Is there some setting in the phone that could improve the pairing?
