So my girlfriend tells me phone's can connect and share things via bluetooth, and wanted to give it a try. I have an iPhone, and I'm not sure how to do it. Apparently I'm supposed to have some password associated with it. I've looked online and it seems the default password is four zeroes for an iphone. Is there a way to change that?

Also, she typed in the 4 zeroes and saw the name of my iphone on the list, but my iphone doesnt see hers. She tried to connect but it didnt work, and now Im not even visible on her phone anymore. If it matters, she has a pantech matrix. Thanks for any insight you can give.

The iPhone does not support this bluetooth protocol, and any hope of this would be coming out in 3.0.

If your phone is jailbroken you can use ibluetooth, Apple limits the phone much like they have with mms and video recording.

That will, supposedly, change with the 3.0 software update.
