Mine also doenst show PM, what is this PM?

Chances are it's based on differences in your "Regional Format" settings for your iPhone. The way your time is displayed is controlled by this setting, so it may display a leading zero in some regions where it doesn't in others. This is particularly true in regions where the 24-hour clock is more commonly used (ie, no AM/PM).

I'm in the USA and I use the 24 hour clock because I plan to join the military, and I don't see no leading 0, thank goodness for it though. Curious what the OP did

True, but my point is that it's still a Regional Format setting issue. I don't get a leading zero on my 24-hour time setting in Canada either, but there are regions where a zero prefix would be used, in the same way that some regions don't use the : separator for time, and some use D-M-Y or Y-M-D for dates, instead of M-D-Y.
If the OP didn't jailbreak their phone, I'm guessing they just had it set to another language or region format.

Ugh, yeah, I figured that out. Apparently my brother thought it would be fun to hack into my phone and change the settings.... jerk.
