Sending HTML email from iphone 3g

Does anyone know if its possible to send HTML emails from my iphone 3g, or if there are any apps that can do this.

I've heard that this might be included in the 3.0 OS, but I could be wrong.

I'm using a standard POP3 and SMTP mail account.
