My metro.fi 2's have broken and its still under warranty so i can still send it back to amazon.co.uk however the metro.fi 2 earphones aren't in stock as the metro.fi 220's and the metro.fi 170's are coming out later this year so i was just wondering, is it best to wait until the metro.fi 220/metro.fi 170 comes out or should i order something like the shure SE110N as a replacement?
I like listening to rock mainly and I've been listening to a lot of indie music recently so i want something which is balanced and it has just the right amount of bass and not overpowering like sony's earphones(although i have only had the ex71's and the ED21LP). I need something thats good at noise cancelation as I will be using these earphones everyday when I'm on the train or on the bus. The metro.fi 2's were brilliant they were my first pair of really good earphones so its really annoying to see them just brake like that .
I wouldn't mind spending £10-20 extra if I get something vastly superior to my metro.fi's. I will ONLY be able to get it from amazon.co.uk so please DO NOT suggest earphones which aren't available from amazon.co.uk
