iPod 1G 20GB - can anyone value please?

I am moving house and I found a 1G 20GB iPod. Brand new, still in the plastic wrapper. Nothing else (no charger, cables, headphones or box) - just the iPod. I remember buying two when they first came out and gave one to my wife (who wasn't impressed and must have left it in the drawer and completely forgot about it). I'm wondering if it has any value?

There's no such thing as a 1st gen 20GB iPod - only 5 and 10GB. It must be 2nd gen. That and the lack of box etc. make it of less interest to collectors.

Still, stick it on Ebay, talk up the untouched pristine nature a bit and you never know.

If it's in really good nick as it sounds, I would guess at £60+. Put it on eBay for £20 and see where it goes if I were you. I certainly wouldn't part with it for less than £50.
