Last night my husband installed itunes on his brand new Dell computer (runs vista), and when he synced his iphone to it, it wiped out all the apps.
The apps are still on the computer, just not on the iphone.
Would love any help/suggestions on how to get the computer to transfer the apps back to the iphone.
Everything else transferred or stayed perfectly.

Is the computer authorized for the iTunes Store account that was used to purchase the apps? This is generally the reason why iTunes will refuse to transfer purchased content to an iPod or iPhone.
You can authorize the computer by choosing Store, Authorize Computer in the iTunes menu and entering your iTunes Store user id and password.
