Unmounting after update

usint iTunes w/ WinXP, with autosyncing, how do I get it to unmount the iPod after updating so it says "ok to disconnect" after the update...

Turn off "Enable Disk Mode," and it should automatically unmount after a sync.

And if it doesn't do that--just right click the iPod in iTunes and select "Eject iPod".

Alternatively, you can just click the eject iPod button at the lower right corner in iTunes. I also use a small app called iPodRemove. Sorry but i forgot the url. Try searching the downloads page here in the lounge.
