iPod movies to iPhone?

I've spent many hours converting DVD's to play on my iPod but now i've got an iPhone I can't get them to work on it.

Does the iPhone accept iPod formatted files or am I going to have to convert them all again?? :confused:

I've put movies on my iPhone that I had on iTunes with no problem. Seems like if they worked on your iPod, they'd work on the phone...

Yeah, when I do movie converts on my program it treats the iPhone and iPod settings the same.
Are they syncing to your iPhone and not playing, or not appearing at all
