Hi all

I'm considering getting the Dr Dre headphones (not the in-ear); I like the design, noise-cancelling and iphone microphone, but there are a few things I don't like, for instance how it doesn't cover fully the ears and that they don't work if you're out of batteries.

Do you guys know of any alternative ? I really want noise cancelling and iPhone microphone to answer calls and skip tracks.

Thanks

I don't know of any cans that have a microphone on them, and it seems a shame to spend 350$ on headphones that would be driven by an iphone.

Buy some other noise cancelling phones and attach a cord with a a built in mic.

Well I'm not only gonna use it for listening to music with my iPhone, that's for sure. But since I will 'as well' use it with my phone, I really want to have the remote accessory. And I just don't like those seperate mics you plug between your phone and your headphones as the mic ends up being way too far from your mouth.

From my research, it doesn't seem like there's any other noise cancelling headphones with a mic, unless someone knows of one ?

Thanks anwyays

seeing as Lady Ga Ga and the PCDolls are now featuring them in every music video they do, kinda puts me off buying them.

I agree. the first time when I tested, saw it, it was cool. now, it is every music video. I guess that it is what Dr. Dre expects. maybe. but it's not still my favorite because it has way over price tag, driven by battery each can for noise canceling. another product which is called 'tour'. it seems very odd shape where you put it into ears. it seems over size, totally not comfortable, doesn't have control for volume or play & pause whatever. nowadays, it is trend that control like apple in-earphone that high quality earphone has. I don't know.
