how do i remove crap applications

iv d/loaded couple crap applications and want to get rid of them of ipod touch, iv tried deleting them out of itunes then sync but it dont work??

Touch and hold any icon on the screen until they all start to wiggle - then touch the small x in the top corner of the one you want to delete.

Note: while they're wiggling you can drag them around to rearrange them, and even move them to different screens if you like.

but if you bought the apps with your touch and then synced so that they are on the computer, they will automatically not sync again if you delete them on your touch.

I've never had that happen to me - when I've deleted them on the Touch, the next sync automatically unchecks that app on the applications tab of my iPod in iTunes - preventing it from being re-synced until I re-check the box.
