just read an article that Sirius xm is going to start streaming to the ipod touch and iphone this spring.

I don't really know about the technology, but does the ipod touch have the hardware to receive this signal? Or will you have to be on a wireless network to be able to get it?

One wouldve thought the answer was obvious! It's a web based app, you want need an antenna to pick it up....

In case no one was aware, Siruis does have their service online, which is free if you have a system already, or like $5 without. I keep my Stiletto 2 in my car 24/7, and whenever I want to listen to it at home I go to my Sirius program and run it through WiFi, granted I can't save songs without my Stiletto.

I'm guessing the application will require a log in and you can stream via WiFi or 3G.
