Other people hear my headphones

The regular IPod headphones seem to leak a lot of sound and people at work say they can hear my music. The problem is, if I have the volume at 33%, I have a hard time hearing it well... if I turn it up any higher, that's when people say they can hear it.

I need a cheap set of headphones (no higher than $30, hopefully) that will do a better job at keeping the sound contained.

Any suggestions?

^ this and, go in your nearest hifi / electronics stores headphones dept, should be a wide range of earphones that have these rubber tips that go in your ears, no holes at the back. sealed earphones, there are many ;)
