Video cable that chargers too?

I want to be able to play my touchs videos in my trucks kenwood dvd indash player. What cable should I use that will also charge it? Also, whats a good holder to use?

Apple's composite video out cable has a usb connection for charging, which you could plug into a generic cig lighter adapter that allows charging of usb devices.
